Faith Brings Certainty in 2021

What will 2021 bring to you? What will the next decade bring to you?
What have you learned or discovered this past year of uncertainty and challenges during this Covid-19 pandemic in 2020?

I reviewed some past New Years post.
“Don’t pray for an easy life, but pray to be strong!”Boy did this challenge me this year!
Other years:
“Bury the past or the past will bury you!”

“The best view of this past year 2020 is my rearview mirror”!

“No, dear friends, brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead…”
Philippians 3:13 NLT

These were just a few, but now to the New Year 2021!

First, take a deep sigh of relief and be grateful that your still here. Even if you faced some real battles, real enemies, experienced loss, and authentic crises.

Always remember, the battle is the Lord’s and His grace sustains you in the good, the bad, & the ugly.

  1. Be determined to listen with understanding. No need to fly off the handle and think you know it all or have all the answers. I know I don’t.
  2. Establish relationships that count. Relationships that will keep you accountable, sincere, and honest. Yes, the truth or constructive critism hurts but it’s a necessity for growth.
    Be teachable.
  3. Invest in people not money! People, friendships, children, seniors 60 and up. There’s s lot of lonely people out there. People who need mentors or being mentored will make a world of difference. Time is a precious and valuable commodity.
  4. Believe that the second half of your life is going to rock this decade of the roaring twenties and beyond! The first half of life was just preparation for what the Lord has in store for you.

Dare to Dream-Dare to Believe the vision God gave you years ago! If you have no vision the people will perish and so will you. If you have fallen and failed, get back up, brush yourself off, and face your fears like a roaring lion!

If you do nothing you may or will have regrets, and wonder what could of happened. “if” you dared to step out in faith and your comfort zone. Perhaps, the year 2020 was the year to shake you up, and wake you up, to prepare what the Lord has in store for your life, career, and future ministry.

Faith is the substance (confidence) of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.

Notice this Amplified version:

Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].
Hebrews 11:1 AMP

If you are going to dare to dream and move forward, then you must dare to believe what God already has in store for you my friend.

I leave you with this verse.

“But forget all that— it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.
Isaiah 43:18‭-‬19 NLT

Have a Blessed, Healthy, Prosperous New Year with 2021 Vision!

Greetings! My name is Andy Provitola and I live in New England on the south shore between Boston and the beautiful Cape Cod region. The purpose of my blogging and writing is to encourage you in your journey here on planet earth. Life is full of pressing issues and problems and my desire is to discover a place for peace, hope, healing, and contentment. I am a follower of Jesus Christ – God’s one and only Son of God and discovered these truths along my own personal journey. Having discovered a personal relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ does not mean I have to be religious to attain the rewards of heaven. The fact is God provides grace for us and accepts us as we are in His image. In other words, we cannot attain heaven or life eternal on our own, but by God’s loving grace and no merit of our own. My goal is to continue to find a balance of life from a spiritual and practical perspective with a purpose to please and glorify God in all that I do because of His ‘Gift of Grace’. God is not transcendent and so far away that he is out of reach with humanity. God desires that His presence lives within us and not just in the galaxies and the universe. Experiencing the unconditional love of God has been so rewarding and while discovering the truth and purpose for my life. Moving forward in this life is not a sprint, but a marathon when it comes to this race here on earth. I am blogging because I find it is a good way to connect in a much more effective and efficient way when it comes to communicating and interacting with with people that I do not know. Blogging and writing challenges me and also stretches me specifically in my thoughts, my mind, my emotions, and my spiritual life to live a vertical relation with God and a horizontal relationship with others. There will be a variety of topics and subjects to address including youth, young adults, family, singles, seniors, relationships, etc. Some of the topics will include God’s creation and power, depression, loneliness, suicide, hope, healing, setbacks, financial matters, business, stress, anxiety, care, encouragement, and so much more I would like to connect with all walks of life, ethnicity, culturally, other religions, socio-economics, and more I am currently writing a book and several memoirs about my own life and journey . The journey begins at a young age growing up in Malden, Massachusetts, specifically Maplewood Square to where I am today. I became paralyzed from the waist down as a senior in high school and I share how my life changed for the better! “But I do not consider my life as something of value or dear to me, so that I may [with joy] finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus. To testify faithfully of the good news of God’s [precious undeserved] grace [which makes us free of guilt of sin and grants us eternal life]. Acts 20:24 Amplified Version
